"Micro-stutters / input lag / fps drop problems for 4+ cores cpus"
So me and my friend were searching a solution for that kind of problems in both csgo and tf2 games. We read some article like this, first read this topic below please before answer:

So I tried this for me but I've not seen any negative or positive effect to my performance yet.

So this cpu has 6 cores and 12 threads, as we can see after playing tf2 for a while thread 4-5-6 and 7 is being used so much. But other 8 threads are running very easy compared to them. So I tried the things that guy explained in the topic above and nothing changes on my computer.
Anyone tried this got any other result?
