Week 3 of ETF2L’s 38th season is opening with top5rocket and Garda Panteri squaring off on Granary and Gullywash. top5rocket are looking like favorites here, and will be looking to get all 6 points from this fixture, but Garda Panteri have definitively showed their grit in previous games and will on the lookout for their first points this season. Anything is still possible this early in the season, especially with maps as prone to surprising backcaps and flamboyant comebacks as this week’s.

top5rocket are fresh off their confrontation with fellow playoffs contenders GlobalClan.EU, where they first lost Sunshine 4-1 before winning Granary 3-2 after a Golden Cap. Not a bad result overall, but the Frenchies might feel some disappointment over that Golden Cap, as they scored two rounds in the first 5 minutes but were unable to control the game and were eventually caught up.

Garda Panteri has had a more relaxing week, as Goblin Clan’s death left them without an opponent. They will be happy to see Sunshine out of the map pool, where they lost 6-1 in the first week, and quite content at the inclusion of Gullywash, a map they won quite convincingly during the qualifiers against KRITZBERG.
