new plugin which will automatically send log previews to either a guild channel or to your own dms. Limit is 1 webhook per guild and per person for now.

I setup automatic releases on the repo:
latest tag will have whatever is pushed to main, and releases will be created on each release branch created.
The release also includes the .inc files as well as the compiled plugin.
