pretty brief writeup -- there wasn't much comparison to the other two LAN teams...what place do you think chess club will finish tery?

Yeah, I was a bit rushed this week, too. As far as actual LAN placing, I just wanted to cover the first matchup for each. The Mixup one didn't contain the first matchup until this one, same reason why the BP vs. Torqued one won't be until next week, too.

ah. I just feel like while each of the teams are interesting, perhaps the most interesting thing about the upcoming LAN is just how competitive each of the teams are. for most seasons, you know who is going to win before it even happens. this one, not so much

I liked this one somewhat better than the previous one about bp, one thing people loved about djc's article was tht although it may seem overly critical at times, there was always a good amount of truth in what he said. The one about bp was just really boring because you only talked about their strengths and Completly disregarded their potential shortcomings, granted that bp IS after all the #1 seeded team, but it make the article seem really dull because these are things players already know.

Also don't say I think or I Believe, it makes you sound insecure about your authority and expertise in the content you are talking about. Sorry if I sound like a dick, given that you are already taking time out of your life to write about some nerds playing a video game, just trying to help!
