At the worst possible timing, I find my team without our beloved roamer due to school and further schedule conflicts for this season, so we need someone new.

By this point, I just want someone who's half decent, knows his role, can work with the team & criticism, and can be here for scrims all the time (and pay in time, too). I'm only speaking for myself though.
