As much as I'd love to jump on the RIAA hate-wagon, I think it's better to wait for an official comment from twitchTVJohn before I go and spitefully torrent all the music that I was planning on paying money for.

What do you guys think of a page/group where all the tracks are guaranteed to be stream/frag video friendly, and presents music from our own TeamFortress.TV music producers? Suggestion thread.

hookyI have an idea for a workaround. If we can't play music on a Twitch stream, why not stream your music somewhere else? It's really a horrible solution, but if it's the only way you can share music with your stream...

The only one I know of is Turntable, but it's flashy and you don't have complete control over the music. I'm sure you could get a bot to regulate some things, but I don't think you can stop people from laming a song. If there's another way to do this live like Turntable but more like traditional streaming, that would be the best option. (Edit: Forgot that turntable is US only, so it's a horrible "solution")

I went on Grooveshark today and it turns out they implemented a broadcast system. If it comes to it this would give you complete control over your playlist and you can upload songs not already on Grooveshark. I believe it's world wide but I'm not sure.
