Are their any available internships for people who don't have money to go to college? I wouldn't mind the chance to go and get some great work experience at some company for Web Design/ Computer Programming. Hell I will even let myself go into Cisco Networking to get something out their.

Well I know I should be able to get 1 year paid. Easy, but the 2nd year... That kinda gets me... I knew this would happen; or something like this. So I took a 2 year class at a "trade" school for web design and computer programming. I applied to a lot of local programming company's around, got a single bite. They did ask me to make a website for them. So I got that. But still got no other money since that one website was a few months ago and I can't get anything else.
So I am hoping if someone else knew how to get internships by not being a college student.
