You can change it by going spec then going to your class.
Good luck doing it in leagues.
Why didn't they make it change on respawn?

It's not it... It crashes if you load the "hatless hats" (scout and sniper) that I don't know the name..If you have it loaded, you'll have to trade this item to someone to unload it, or wait for an update. I don't even have that file in my HUD :(
