Ruwin is playing way worse than he was in S12. He's still great, but compared to how he used to control the game he could definitely be called washed up.

SleepingLifeRuwin is playing way worse than he was in S12. He's still great, but compared to how he used to control the game he could definitely be called washed up.
Everyone has their ups and downs. I've always assumed the term, "washed up" implies a player was good at one point but then everyone else got a lot better; in which case I don't really think that applies to ruwin

Yes, ruwin did allow b4nny the opportunity to play scout with clockwork, but that was because b4nny truly wanted to play scout. Ruwin knew b4nny would do well on scout, and that he would be comfortable helping his team win on pocket. Worse, maybe. But way worse, no.
