when i alt tab now my game freezes until i tab back in (like i'll freeze in midair and stuff) and then i get invisible players sometimes when i tab back in

my focus assist keeps turning itself back on and the problem persists. i tried changing the thing in tf2 compatability options but im still losing all my demos because i have to fix invisible players every game
