[spoiler]Ive changed router and now i cant forward my ports properly for my website and tf2 server

Could anybody explain why i cant open those ports with these options? ive tried several ways but its all fruitless, im starting to think my ISP might have something blocking my ports. i had the exact same router before they changed it and the options were exactly the way pictured in the screenshot too and it worked fine.
