i'd say the most important points are these:
- since Turner was almost as intoxicated as the girl was, this is more about negligence than intent, thus adding to a shorter sentence
- if anything, money was the factor in deciding his short sentence, not him being male or white, but this should hopefully be obvious. (to those blaming this on sexism, the officer who recommended the sentence time was a woman)
- whatever your opinion on this is, please for the love of all things holy do not become an affiliate of mob justice
