I don't use viewmodels for anything in tf2 apart from melee. I much prefer to not have a big weapon in my face. 100 weapon fov for the melee weapons though.
I also use 32cm/360 (about 13 inches) as my sensitivity for everything. It's obviously not impossible to use different sensitivities for different classes, but I don't get why you'd do it if you don't already.
The most important thing is to just not change your sensitivity. There are great scouts who use 70cm/360, and there are great scouts who use 8cm/360. It's personal preference.
I use 13 inches because it is a solid medium between accuracy and speed, but it's all up to you.
edit: ^forget that, you can be accurate with anything. I use 13 inches because I use it because there is no point of switching after so long. I'd lose muscle memory.

I have no idea what Open is like in ESEA but I'm just gonna assume it's a lot easier than PugChamps in EU.
In which case Alexandros would be a super good pickup tbh, from what I saw of him playing when he was in Europe he showed pretty good dm for so little hours.
