Need some help for GA LAN

We have a British mix team going to GA LAN in France, with all of us coming from the United Kingdom. We arranged this based on the idea there would be free PCs available for us to use, which there were.
It now appears that these are not available, which is a problem mainly for me, and potentially for one other in our team.
It would be a massive help if any French players / anyone attending would be able to lend one or potentially two PCs for our team to use. We should be able to sort out monitors if computers become available to us.
Thanks in advance to anybody able to help.

Unrelated to my cause but worth mentioning:
The production also need a good PC to stream with as the PCs available for rental only have i3s.
