Sens keeps resetting to 4

Oh uh, in my config.cfg it said "bind sensitivity 4" or something like that like 3 times.
I used Ctrl+f then typed sens and found it. Apparently pressing 1 2 3 changed my sens.

I'd like my sens to be at 3, so I changed it in the options. But it keeps changing it to 4 while i'm in game, which is dumb and I hate it. I was then told to take off connect to steam cloud which I did, but instead of resetting it to 4 instantly it would do it randomly when i'm in game which is super annoying. Anyway I can keep it at 3 and not have to screw with it every couple minutes?
Also I put "sensitivity 3" in my auto exec and it doesn't work.

BasikI'm bringing an xbox which has Ultra, UMVC3, MvC2, and SSF2THDR. I can also bring a Wii with Melee and Project M if anyone is interested in playing those (I have 4 controllers although 1 of them has a bad stick). On another note, would anyone be interested in doing a small tournament for any of these games?
Marvel Tourny would be cool.

I have 2500 hours on this game, pretty sure I know what I am doing. Have been on a few teams that fell apart because they can't work around me full time sniping. Definitely will carry.
(Making another one because no tryouts from the last one so thought I would share my honest opinion about my self. ((I once got 450 dpm as full time sniper, yeah, I went there.))
