Yeah I mentioned the other day to Hildreth that Midnight Sunday is ambiguous, which is why I was more specific in the Reddit post I made.
I mean technically Midnight Sunday is Saturday/Sunday, but I believe it is commonly interpreted as Sunday/Monday.
You can sort of figure it out from the fact that the Group Stage is being played on Sunday from 19CET, so for signups to close 5 hours later would not make any sense!
