ChaseDuckgloperzlol so theyre kinda just stuck thenbotboy emailed esea support to see if he could get his ban sorted out. He tried messaging tri on discord first, but tri said he couldn't help him so he's just waiting to see if the email works. So he's not stuck thankfully, but it is kinda weird that you can't even get on the website to send a support ticket.
it makes perfect sense that you can't get on the website for a ban
imagine every time a retard cheater is banned they get on and open a ticket saying they weren't cheating, or not even cheating but every single legitimate ban. "i wasn't account sharing" "i didn't bet on my own match" etc.
this would flood the support ticket system, clogging the entire system.
tri or any esea admin is not under obligation to divulge the specifics of a ban to anyone, him saying "i don't know" could mean he doesn't know or that he does know and doesn't want to fuel drama.
they are probably fucked, even if it was a complete mistake.
