yeah you can use mklink which creates symbolic links between drives.
- open command prompt
- navigate to tf2 directory
cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf" - make a symbolic link to the drive you want it
mklink /d demos D:\demos
