In windows' control panel, check your Power settings to make sure its not cucking you

Singleframe/silent aim rocket projectile aimbot is a feature on many cheats like Fedoraware Would not be surprised if he using that

TLDR:
GeneralNick announces a temporary shutdown of all UGC seasons until in-game medals from previous seasons can be distributed.
I think personally this is a good decision considering the ongoing decline of the league's usage.
