Brightness - gamma problem.

I tried mat_monitorgamma 1.6 and mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled 1 together, it just brightened the game a little bit, but the contrast and gamma problem is still the same.

Guys I have this really annoying problem, it's so dark that I can't see anything in-game. I tried some console commands but they didn't work. The problem goes away when I switch TF2 to Window Mode, but I dont want to play in window. Please help guys, I want to play this game very much.
