#4 Pc is good but many FPS drops in Q/A Help

fstiv_AscendWhat dx level? Have you tried reinstalling tf2? Have you tried adding more launch options?i used dx 9.0 but a friend told me dx8.1 is better.
Im reinstalling the game right now...
I've tried these launch options so far (w/o -refresh 144)

I'd recommend 8.1, fair enough, I use these launch options and have a worse cpu than you but get constant 300+

-sw -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd
