TF2 General Discussion
REM_TF2AFlyingNunAs a pure onlooker I'm just curious: where exactly does the negative rep with TF2C admins come from? Aside from the example given here of course. I just can't imagine why an admin would go out of their way to spitefully get one person barred from an event. Even if RTC kicked his puppy, it'd be irrelevant to anything TF2 related and he should understand that, not try to exhibit force to try and ruin the guy's participation in the TF2 community.
Certain TF2C staff have been getting into spats with various parts of the TF2 community. The first time was probably when a bunch of Team Colonslash people got banned from the site but I can't even remember why but I remember it was stupid and one of the staff members (Foxy) later apologised on the ETF2L forums for it. Aside from that it's just been very blunt/rude posts on the ETF2L forums, banning players because they don't like them/for minor things and now this. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
What also comes to mind is my first ban. I did some trashtalk on /r/tf2 about masternoob and mother tereza. Received a 10year ban.
Imagine if admins on other sites would be as quick with the banning as TF2C is :-/
