If this was in europe, I'd love it (that said, we have our one night cups, but those aren't as frequent). As it is, sounds like a good idea!
I'd definitely be interested to see if we could get something similar going in Europe.
One Night Cups really don't happen too often and you still need to attend as part of an ETF2L team which is slightly inconvenient.

Someone from the stream relayed some of what was being discussed to one of the TF2Center devs, I don't really know how much progress was made in that respect.
Also Raysfire mentioned he'd do some testing about the TF2Center implementation into a HUD.

Any bullet hell game is usually a good time waster, notably Danmaku Unlimited 2 and Jamestown on Steam. Touhou games if you're into them. Some newer iterations might not run very well on a bad PC though.
