i dont have to because i never have it was just a thought i had this morning that would be cool to try. i use music normally but i dont like having things in my ears consciously and when i play videogames because the immersion i dont notice
also working on being calmer....
well if thats the case try some chess
play on an unlimited timer and let your opponent know that youre studying at the same time so your moves may take a while. They shouldnt really have any complaints about it, otherwise they would play on a timer.
