What a nice thing it is to come home and see something you worked hard on was well received. Thanks for the kind words, friends. They are encouraging.

If you guys get a chance to check out the most recent movie, note how they personified the green light by giving it a piercing sort of noise every time it flashes on the screen. It was a really nice effect.

I was going to write that I had the same reaction and that you should put it away and read it again in 5 years. Then I read post #2.

you could try taking one of the crosshairs that do it (knhud does) offsetting it so that it is situated where you want, and then making it some insane size

if you turned the opacity (the 4th color number) to 0 on all but the part that flashes, it should work just the same

so what you are all saying is I should start watching the wire?...
