Uberchain - I apologise if what I said came out wrongly. I certainly don't/didn't think that some of it could be interpreted as 'don't blame me'. I may well go to r/tf2, thanks for the suggestion.

Jerm - the charity elements will be more like promoting the charity and asking for people to donate. The actual charity hasn't yet been decided and will not be decided until a full staff team has been organised and there is a community who would actually want to donate.

If you're referring to Flares that Care, no item donations will be accepted and no option avaliable for donating through us, just a link to where you can donate to the genuine charity.

You're right, why should I try to organise a fun annual tournament and raise money for charity? That's a really stupid thing to do!

No, I just simply don't have all the skills required and anyway need a proper team of staff for this to work well.

I have recently begun to start up a heavy boxing tournament that will be annual. I am in need of various staff. If you'd like to help please reply to this thread. More info will be provided if you're accepted. There will be official genuine medals awarded to winners of the tournament (I messaged Valve about this.)

Website maker/designer (more than one possible)
Server owner/runner
3D Modeller (to make the medals, you are pretty much guaranteed a self made here considering what Valve said)
General admins/mods (different timezones are great! Our head admin is Canadian and I am British).
Forum staff (if you're accepted for this I will send you a link)
