r4pture is very good. He played on my team last season, and I would strongly recommend him for any silver if not gold team. He is vocal, knowledgeable, and has great game sense. He studies maps prior to match time and listens to calls well. He can only improve a roster, as most engis you bump into wouldn't be as engaged in the match as he is.
