Brackets is coming out of s12 strong but not unscathed. We're looking to pick up a new pocket and demoman for IM next season, and will probably be in need of a scout as well. The most important thing to us is dedication to the team and to improving. We want players who are motivated to doing demo reviews and activley seeking ways to improve their game. On that note, it's important to share the same goal as us. We all want to have fun, but we also want to be the best. We aren't looking for people who are trying to coast through or goof off. Also, of course, be IM caliber.
