Wow, thank you guys for all the feedback, I was expecting to get on here today and have a bunch of pessimists telling me the market for TF2 servers is already oversaturated.

So, I think I'm gonna do either 24/7 harvest or 24/7 badwater (or a 24/7 Badwater/ Harvest)

Run bots?
sv_pure to 1 or 2?
Any must have gameplay fixer plugins or anything? Is sourcemod a nono on an actual gameplay server?

I used to run a couple idle/ trade servers that did quite well. I don't know anything about payload servers lol

Old player here, came back to maybe get back into trading/ community.

I have impulse rented a 24 slot server hosted in Chicago, my whim is to upload my old trade/idle map and throw a half ass donate menu plugin in there and maybe see if I can recoup what I once had.

I don't see this being the best way of doing things.

What servers ARE needed right now? I know if I look at trade servers, 9/10 have 0/32 and 1/10 have 32/32

So what gamemode would you think the TF2 community could use an extra server running it?

I don't know if I got my point across, I am super tired.
