It isn't guns that cause trouble. Americans just have a shit mental health system (made worse by a culture that worships violence) and there isn't enough screening or any training required to own a gun.
As a Hoxhaist i believe that the masses should be armed. However common sense dictates that you should try to keep arms out of the hands of the criminally insane.
That russia statement is so dumb... Since russia has a huge alcohol problem and guns are allowed to be carried for self defense, exactly the thing the US claims their guns are for. Maybe look at australia who had a similar gun problem like you do and actually enforced it really strictly and the homicides rates went down dramatically, just liie any other first world country. So stop just making shit up.

Yeah except I have a 4670k and a 780 Ti and I don't get 144 fps with a dx9 fps config. That's by no means an antiquated setup. The game is just shittily optimized and removing one of the major ways to get better fps is dumb.
What config do you use? Everybody I've talked to with similar hardware has gotten similar fps to me.

People find different ways to play. And ETF2L used to have everything banned except equalizer and kritz if I remember correctly
