well ok what I said isn't true for all fonts, fogcrosshairs doesnt work with that method

the dot would be the hudcrosshair, like the one he has in the middle, he just changed the font size in the clientscheme (I guess?)

For the circle I think you can just make the dot bigger in the clientscheme.res and make the alpha 100 or something
