UriahYou could disable your internet connection and start Steam in offline mode, then enable it again. That way you can actually play games and you should be able to connect to servers, you just can't talk to anyone on steam.
worked but you cant play on vac servers for very long. i guess itll work for esea if no solution is found

reinstall steam
