Playing pocket takes experience/gamesense and strong dm.(at top open) Every time I see you play you run around aimlessly and miss a lot. You should probably look as roamer, most roamers in open are shit.

We faced a lot of problems this previous season with roster issues, internal disagreements, and lack of dedication. We plan on playing next season after rebuilding and solidifying our roster and backups. We are going to off-season scrim atleast 2-3 days a week. During the season we will be scrimming Sun-Thurs. We will be doing demo reviews and talking to mentors.

Requirements:

- Open to criticism

- Dedication

- Willingness to change playstyle according to the team

- Positioning, gamesense, and awareness

Goals:

- Make play-offs

- Have fun

- Improve

We do not play standard TF2, we do not bomb roamers into last for 5 minutes until we get a force, we do not offclass to sniper or spy to wait 3 minutes for a play that works 50% of the time. We do not like offclassing. We play the game fast-paced (the fun way). This gives us mixed results, so its important not to be easily discouraged if you want to play with us. If we properly execute our playstyle we slam teams with better dm than us, but if we botch our strats we wipe. Its going to be very important for the demo and medic to understand positioning.

He has the best attitude for improving I have ever seen. If he doesn't quit the game he will never plateau because he takes criticism from anyone and everyone. Literally the best attitude I have ever seen in the game. Awareness and positioning still need some work before he leaves open, but it's impossible for him to not improve with his excellent attitude. I very much enjoyed playing with him for the season. Good luck man.
