Would defiantly prioritize better sleep and play rested then depend on caffeine, I don’t know about anyone else and maybe it’s just me with coffee, I always get jitters and sweaty palms and it’s just not enjoyable while playing.

Valve doesn’t distribute the medals, RGL does.
Close. RGL sends Valve the medals who then take forever to update the game to add them
Valve adds them in game, they don’t distribute them. Edit: Pai explained it pretty well above.

They fixed that before the sticky det bug
