NetsoBrockThis scene is fucking rotting and I'm concerned. The only thing we have is lans and its only a question of when those get fucked up.
What if I told you that we're all going to die, and no one is going to remember us? Personally, I'd still run crossbow...
my point was that it felt as if most of the time everyone would be comfortable with getting hurt so fast, needing a arrow, standing still, making me take beam of the demo, or my pocket scout, then someone dying, or me dying because I'm busy arrowing my soldier because he had to hide top left on snake water mid because he lost his fight, instead of him escape planning to a kit. most of them don't go for a kit, they all at once get hurt, ask for an arrow, stand still, don't get the arrow, because someone else wants it, dies.
in scrims or matches, my theory is only arrow the pocket soldier and demo on rollout, and cut the fucking arrows off, and abuse kritz, because you are gunna be working with a faster build, your beam is gunna be on the pocket scout more at mid, meaning you move faster, easier to avoid bombs, instead of taking beam off to arrow hurt players at mid. if you do that, stay alive, your gunna always have kritz before uber, you work with your pocket and fucking get into the combos face before they get uber, wipe them.
bigger problem is how passive every team is when they dont have an advantage with uber. they dont kite uber advances with fat health kits. you fight around those, you back your med into one, kite the uber, and whoever needs the kit the most takes it when they deal as much damage as they can without you dying to it and you heal up on that, and fight with what would be essentially a fast kritz build during the process. if your taking damage that entire thing, and staying alive, no reason you cant turn that fight around. I've seen it work. play the big kits when they have uber advantage, but instead they play passive, play to get out, give them the space for free and the point.
its fucking insane to me how no one wants to try being more aggressive in a meta that literally progressed by the scout being able to carry the medic faster with movement speed. I know when to use arrows, and if I'm being extremely reserved to prove a point in open pugs that have really bad team picks and people off classing, trolling, playing like shit, drunk, or just god knows what, and I'm taking my time to play med to get it going, its usually justified.
you can say what you want, but they fucking do this all the time.
