Will CS:GO key update affect TF2 economy?

I’m honestly thinking about getting some keys (if the change happens they will apparently remain tradable, making their value go up) and earbuds and just sitting on them. I had things I wanted to buy for tf2 anyways so why not wait a little longer and see if I can get more then what I paid for

Next year, 1k grand prize, 20 dollar entry fee that goes towards runner up prizes, non-profit and NA only. working on getting sponsorship for ad's so maybe I can prepare some foundation for a 2nd tournament if this is received well and people want to play again. Still deciding on the limit of players that can sign up, also trying to set aside extra money for website design / graphics I want done by a friend of mine. Gotta figure things out for streaming, if I can get a couple volunteers to help run everything.
I'm also waiting to see what events are gunna be going on next year and when so I can decide on an exact date. Its gunna be called The Quick & The Dead and you will see official information probably around the end of summer that year.
