i heard on the news the pilot came in short, and instead of the the wheel touching the runway, they hit the rocks, causing the plane to crash on the runway and go flat out. This was from a witness

Just recently, maybe in the past 3 days, ive been getting massive frame drops in tf2/cs:go
im not sure what has happened, it is on normal maps, but my game just gets <100 FPS randomly, or sometimes I have 150-300 FPS.
help plz
