Ill look into that, im working on throughtly testing all dx levels running on a set test bench with diffrent gpus to see what gets the most fps and see if theres truely a diffrence. I will update when in home tonight. Thanks for the feedback.

List of things to try
1) Run a malwarebytes scan. (just get the free version it dosent run in the background or anything, just meant for scanning for known malware/crap ware. run a full system scan and just let it go overnight.
2) cheek your temperatures of gpu and cpu
3) Do you have any custom files? If so what files
4) If none of that fixes it try reinstalling tf2. (verifying game cache never has worked for me)

What are some good transitions that look nice and natural when viewing a frag movie. I am using Adobe premiere pro cc to edit. Ive tried the cross dissolve and it just dosn't look natural Its far too distracting.

I need to be able to exec it remotely to kick all players put on a pass and exec ugc 6's configs

The guy who owns it uses it for pubs in his live streams

Im trying to make a cfg that will rcon kick all users from the server along with set a password
ive used the command kick all in the cfg
it says @all isn't found. how am i able to kick all users from the server via rcon?
(the reason why I ask, is because random people join our spy as soon as starts tf2, so we end up with randoms in the game server (before i put a pass on the server). I then have to kick before the password is on the server.}

Thanks for your feedback. To address your concerns:
It was an issue my game was having, not sure why, Its since been fixed as it only happened for 2 days. As far as getting better clips, most of the seasons demos got deleted when my ssd died and I had to get an RMA. Which meant I had to scramble to get footage.
