the upgrade breaks a lot of things if you don't do a clean install after it. 2nd for everyone complaining about privacy you can turn it off in the pc settings
You can remove cortana using a command line in power shell.
After reinstalling windows 10 i noticed like a 3 fps boost (nothing major)
The only real reason not to upgrade (and do a clean install) is if your system is incomparable with it(so cheek your hardware first.)

The Windows 10 upgrade can mess up certain systems. I usually just recommend doing a backup and then a nuke and pave of your operating system. (Aka clean install).

I just wanted to put this here in case anyone needed it. The config execs a bunch of offline server settings and binds mouse 1 to impulse 101 while letting you still fire rockets. All you have to do is just have to type exec sollyrollout in consel. It automatically turns on sv_cheats with the other config that I inculcated. Add me on steam if you have any questions
