coolfoolNot too much to see here in Iowa besides cornfields and small towns. Tenderloins and maid rites are some good foods to try. There's also the state fair in august thats pretty neat. Everyone here is pretty friendly too :)

FenryrLiving by detroit for most of my life I can tell you that other than GM tower or like some of the rec centers(like renaissance/cobo) there's almost nothing for you to see, most of the downtown is sorta vacant and lacking and suburbs are a complete mess and depressive as hell.
That makes for a nice picture ;p

fade-you really don't want to come to buffalo it's depressing as shit, unless you strictly stay out of "buffalo" or manage to find some gamer here that lives on elmwood / w ferry or lincoln parkway / delaware park. there's some hotels right next ot the airport (courtyard marriot) that are pretty nice and stuff but there isn't much in terms of tourism here other than elmwood ave and blue monk (def go there if you're coming to bflo the poutine is godlike)

Places like Detroit or Buffalo are really part of America, so I want to see them, doesn't matter if they look nice or not.
