taking a look at the two new 1s you exposed. the (red) 1 just to the right of each (green) 1 you just exposed, is only connected to two unseen spaces- that means one of those two is a bomb. I marked those two spaces red.

As a result, the (green) 1 you just exposed, is connected to 5 unseen spaces- but you know there must be a bomb in one of the first two (red x). Convince yourself that this means it is impossible for a bomb to exist in the other three spaces.

I've generally found that this is a sort of last-gasp strategy that doesn't really result in a breakthrough very often, though.

I'll leave most of the advice to Mallory / others, but just to clarify- this is a totally free forum, and isn't specifically dedicated to ESEA, the paid tf2 league. It's a forum for competitive TF2 in general, and all are welcome to read and comment :) This is just the main forum people who play ESEA TF2 communicate on (non-esea players do too!), and it's a great community to be involved in! holy shit this is so stupid

they were showing up in the server, so clearly were about to be ready to play, and you chose to try to get a forfeit win to add to your record despite clearly not having a chance of playoffs.

You made that decision, now own up to it.

edit: I also made a stupid mistake trying to rob a FFW off of high altitude dreamworld earlier this season, and ended up forfeiting. that was dumb and i accepted it was a mistake, and learned from it. we all make mistakes, you don't have to defend them all

Sneaky's motherboard died and he probably won't be able to play again this season.

My team's lost three players in a little more than a week, feels really bad, it's barely even the same team at this point :( Me and legit are the only ones remaining from the original 6.

Bump. Our scout Lizar also chose to leave the team. Mango will be our main scout starting NEXT week, but is busy with plat playoffs this week. We're looking for a PAID UP (preferably mid+) open level scout to play in scrims this week, plus our match.

You'll play with us in 9:30+10:30 scrims today, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and our pregame scrim + match on Thursday. If you want to stick around after this week, we'd be happy to have you as our go-to sub for scrims and matches for the rest of the season.
