Really though, while frenzy's wording is a bit harsh, you're going to have a difficult time finding a team that wants to run a full-time pyro though I can definitely see it being viable at least at lower levels.

Also, typically regulars of this forum are ESEA 6vs6 players (at least the NA ones), so you might not be able to find a HL team by searching here. I'm not sure if TFCL also has a forum, but looking there for a HL team might be a good alternative.

G2 vs Fnatic on D2 was actually a really good game to watch, ngl. If more games play out like that hoping to see more of the map

also Greyhound really seem like a force to be reckoned with, after eliminating SK and then taking a map and going to double digits on the other 2 maps makes their future look promising, hope to see them at other tier one events like IEM soon

The best way to see if your WiFi is what's causing you instability is to just wire in via ethernet and see if you continue to have random spikes/stuttering every 30 seconds (though obviously depending on how far you are from your ISR or switch this might not be an option). You can also net_graph and check your packet loss, and check your Task Manager to see if there's a background process that's eating up network bandwidth. Would also recommend finding out which ISP you have, what kind of service they provide (satellite, broadband/cable, fiber) and what your average up/down speeds are if you don't have that info already. If you have a broadband provider, typically during times of high network traffic speeds in your area overall will decrease. This causes lower bandwidth, which means it takes less activity to congest your home network and therefore will slow everything on your home network down.

Also since this problem is new, it might be caused by wireless interference. If you've recently purchased more/new electronic appliances, try turning them off and seeing if your network performance returns to normal. If you live an an apartment complex, this might also be caused by other people's wireless interference, so you could try adjusting what WiFi channel your router uses.

Scrims went really well last night, am happy with how tryouts are going so far. At this point, looking mainly for demo tryouts as they seem to be more scarce than other classes to find, and I have a general idea of the pool of scouts/medics I'd like to pick up. Will be scrimming through friday this week, then monday-friday next week. If it has to come down to it willing to pay up subs' premium so we have another week or two to get tryouts in after registration deadline in order to find the right fit on classes. Things are looking really interesting so far in the tournament
aussie teams are looking good, especially renegades and grayhound upsetting sk/faze (admittedly stewie2k and xizt are mixing up things for each respective roster)

I know listing tryouts on an LFP is kind of not useful as many people are trying out for multiple teams, but I'd just like people to have an idea of who they may be playing with and the caliber of player I'd like to pick up depending on who ends up sticking around as at the moment it's just me and carter gauging interest from other LFT players.

I'm trying to make a team that is going to move forward together to IM in the next season or two, ideally going at least 11-5 in the regular season. I will be looking for players who are willing to scrim Monday-Friday, and team demo review. I'll only be doing TFTV production/casting myself once a week (and only on non-match nights), and as I'm currently moving more towards a scheduler/talent recruiter role in EssentialsTF I should be available every weekend. I am also aware that towards the end of the season I have a tendency to lose motivation, especially if I end up playing medic, so I've asked fygg from OMNI5 to mentor the team, keeping us focused on winning as well as helping refine our map pool and help us in demo reviews. Picking up players who are down to play other games together and do team-building stuff (chill in mumble, etc) is a big focus for me with this team.

hey i thought your profile was very visually appealing and thought we would get along

one one end, adding a map could be a nice way to try out new maps that are up and coming like reckoner, kalinka, propaganda, bagel, cardinal, and synthetic, especially seeing we just had a new map tournament (albeit was a european one, not NA)

on the other hand reducing the map pool so granary_abortion is out would be neat

regardless of what happens progress!

will also be really neat to see team's skill level revolve more around their map pool
