raf is a CRAZY insane highlander player (and captain)
not having them play would be a BIG mistake.. D:
Fix This Now.
I'm level 138 in tf2 casual so I think I can qualify as a highlander expert :)
On a more serious note I don't care about playing. My point is that almost everyone refused to play with Ganon so his roster really does not reflect the level team France could have (with Raf as captain, for example). Every scout, soldier and medic from Raf's application is way better than the one from Ganon's roster.

You can't be blamed for not knowing what happens inside the French community obviously.
Though no one wants ganon as captain, and no one wants to play with him.
Raf claimed he applied for captain, even though his application never came through.
Considering those facts can you please consider his application (if he can actually send it) ?
