I never said he does cheat. Though there is probably something more to it than just banned for cheating. A lot of the people who get picked for "overwatch" would have no clue how to spot a hacker, they just turn on xray and the first signing of something fishy they mark it down as Majorly Disruptive. The system has its flaws but if enough people say he was cheating this happens.
