Low FPS

-full -w 1920 -h 1080 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -nocrashdialog -nojoy -noipx -nocdaudio -high -heapsize 2097152 -freq 120
When u set TF2 at a different priority than normal will decrease a bit ur FPSs, -heapsize now doesn't work, I don't know what -nocdaudio does but imo is totaly irrelevant cuz I never tested it, noipx doesn't work as well, try to play with -dxlevel 81 using chris' highframes cfg, play in fake-fullscreen. Now ur launch options are:
-win -noborder -w 1920 -h 1080 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -nocrashdialog -nojoy -freq 120 -nod3d9ex
P.S.: use -nod3d9ex only if u're using Mumble and u want to enable in-game overlay, it will work now.

I can scrim everyday except for Wednesday because of college and a few Sundays because I go visit my grandparents.
I wanna play as starter or active backup.

syncsv_pure was set to 0
i had pvh's surfaceproperties and no explosion particles. they definitely worked and stopped working recently.
is that 'noexp particles' thing legal?? if it is, leave a link to give it a try please.
