Good frag show, but try to record at least at 120fps because there are some clips that stutter a lot (i.e. 1:15) and lower the music volume just a little (maybe it's the song).
I know this is very subjective, but I didn't like the music.

Two easy things to fix that would make this video better, not that bad otherwise
Yo cozen (brazilian), don't listen to the mass, do whatever the fuck you want because what you did is what most of hud makers did at least once, but IMO, you should add something that makes your hud unique, like your own creation from scratch (it doesn't matter if it's something big or tiny) and change the hud name (because HERE you're gonna get bullied for "copying" someones name).
Also, if you wish, make a name change request on the Requests section on the forum (as you know, there's already one cozen).

1) killed 4 guys at once with machina, admin banned me forever for being a "cheater".
2) admin was using noclip and i airshotted him with direct hit, got banned for being a cheater.
3) while picking classes on a highlander, someone called me to go heavy, said "no thanks, i don't wanna play heavy" and left, later a little shitlord fakebinded me saying "no thanks, i'm from the southamerican elite" and since that date some little kids treat me as an arrogant faggot LOL.
I used to have 60-70 fps on midfights, now I have 40-50. Also, it's a lot more common now to find laggy and stuttering people around.
Play every class you like, but choose the one you can find a little bit easier or comfy (there's always one). Players that play more classes than just one are more valuable.
Well, generally the performace is better when TF2 is played in Fullscreen mode.
Also, this guy disabled V-sync in Win8 using AMD graphics/drivers by doing this, I don't know if it would help you, I hope it does.

no, because it's something related to client-server connection. client rates should be the most similar possible to server rates, the normal tickrate for most of them is 66, so don't change it.
