how do i bind all jumps to be crouchjumps?

sometimes you dont want to crouch jump as medic to enable yourself to surf under a low opening or surf in a room with a low ceiling to allow yourself more time in the air. In those cases if you have a jump script, hold your crouch key to un-crouch while you jump.
arnoIdAs a med main I'm against crouch jump binds. To properly juke and move around it's so important to have full control of your character, and be able to jump different heights.
Anyway to get the highest jump possible you actually crouch before you jump, so the crouch jump script isn't even optimal.
edit: if you have baby hands like me bind +duck shift
that sounds like a c-tap surf, which are extremely inconsistent.
