Is anyone else getting insanely long waiting times while queueing up for Casual? I've been sitting on the main menu while queued for 20 minutes now. Can't do my contracts without servers :/

this meme has gotten stale
While banny had valid comments about how both yight and dingo have been scummy in the past, addressing the whole team as a bunch of scammers is such a shitty way to put it down
I hope that gnomercy does get to go to LAN tho, it's gonna be fun to see players other than froyo/evl duke it out with the euros for a change
comp tf2 scene: "more lans will keep the game alive!"
multiplay: "aight i got you fam yall get main stage at i61 btw"
top 3 teams worldwide:

Blaze is the best roamer NA has ever had imho
Playing with enough ping to make some EU players leave rosters as a roamer, playing smartly and being able to do such consistent work as roamer is why he's the best. Even if he doesn't have the DM skills as Mike, his knowledge of the game and his timing make him way more effective and lethal, specially in maps like product

fuck me I was so sure it was released way later than that
this is so disheartening
Hey, I've been experiencing something weird with my game that started a couple of days ago; basically my game randomly drops FPS and it stutters for half a second, but it's enough to freeze my game for a short amount of time. It doesn't seem like that big of a deal but it's really obnoxious when it happens in-game:

(Fullscreen/720p show the FPS dips better)
I wanted to know if anyone has experienced anything like this in the past?
I'm running
- Comanglia's Max FPS for Mid Quality PCs/Max Stability config
- No explosion smoke script
- dx level 81
I'm using an MSI GE62 2QD Apache Pro laptop (i7 5700HQ CPU / 16GB ram / Nvidia GTX960M, which had never given me any frame issues like these until earlier this week.
Thanks!
I don't think that there's many things that most people can bring up without coming off as an entitled baby (i.e. the "why isn't this free service better and covering more games" scenario) but I'll give it a shot anyways.
The "We won't bother streaming matches between non-playoff teams vs. top 2-3 teams because they're most likely going to be a roll" thing makes sense, considering that it takes a lot of organization to do production that is up to the standards of TF.TV, but why not let other people who would be down to cast/freecam around the map stream these matches on TF.TV's second channel? The production doesn't have to be as sharp as usual, and it won't make some weeks feel so empty when it's a new invite team facing Froyo/EVL.
Personally, I like watching casts because 99% of the time the people doing the actual casting are very knowledgeable of the game's mechanics, and it's helpful insight to any player trying to improve their gamesense and team skills, even if it wouldn't be as useful as other closer matchups (due to how likely it is for rounds to go by quickly because of the disparity in overall team skill).
That being said, this is not a complaint, but instead it's more of a suggestion that I'm sure has already been done in the past. You guys (production team) are already pulling a lot of strings trying to put up a good show for a game that we all enjoy but offers very little back in comparison. I really liked the number of different casters that showed up last season, and other than STV issues and lack of communication, it was pretty enjoyable.
Thanks for everything: producers, casters, commentators, analysts, writers, video producers & other folk I could be missing out.
TwiggyLyreixif anything banny has proven that he is able to micro a team of 5 good-but-not-top-invite players into invite champions in one season of invite, so at this point whoever is picked to fill in for freestate will be a pounder few weeks into the next season
four players, not five. Blaze was already top invite before joining b4nny.
I'm talking about the strawberry mangoes-ish lineup
