also you should include more information in your opening post. when are you available? What is your experience with tf2 (if any)? What are your goals as a player? This will get you more results.

If you are using configs and you still have low fps its time to upgrade your PC. Start with a better CPU if tf2 fps is your priority.

I actually dread these updates. I know they're really exciting and cool, but I just don't want to deal with pubs being even worse, and having to fix my HUD. I'd love for tf2 to go in a more serious direction at least once, but HATS = $$$.
