I've used the monoprice ones, they are pretty good for the price, they however, are quite tight fitted and not very comfortable for long usage. 6.5/10.

On an android device restarting it is going to let the phone run its complete boot process and will also kill any currently running apps. This can be helpful is an app crashed and wasn't able to shut down properly. With iPhone/iPads a little bit of the system memory is consumed by open apps and restarting the device will clear this memory.
However, most modern devices are coupled with sufficient memory and task management and you really shouldn't need to restart them unless you are experiencing any issues.
